In this episode Oltin Roschi is back to discuss how Foreign Nationals coming to South Florida on an L1 Visa can obtain a home loan. Oltin was on a previous podcast episode where he talked about the home loan process. There was a lot of great information on that episode. Especially if you were looking to purchase a home in South Florida and wanted to know more about the process.

If you are not familiar with the L-1 visa. It is a visa document used to enter the United States for the purpose of work in L-1 status. It is a non-immigrant visa, and is valid for a relatively short amount of time, from three months to five years with extensions. The maximum stay is seven years.

L-1 visas are available to employees of an international company with offices in both the United States and abroad. The visa allows such foreign workers to relocate to the corporation’s US office after having worked abroad for the company for at least one continuous year within the previous three prior to admission in the US.

Oltin will discuss how foreign nationals under the L1 visa can obtain financing if they will be relocating to the U.S. Especially if they will be accompanied by their family. It is a great informative episode. I hope you enjoy it.
