1. Porsche Design Tower, Sunny Isles Beach

Overview/Summary:

The Porsche Design Tower is a skyscraper currently under construction for Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, designed by Porsche Design Studio. At 641 feet (195 m) with 60 stories, it will become one of the tallest buildings in Sunny Isles Beach. It is unique for its inclusion of a robotic parking garage, having 284 parking spaces for 132 units. Allowing unit owners to park two or four cars right outside their unit.

Each unit is expected to range in cost from $4 million to $32.5 million. Drivers ride up the elevator in their cars and are placed into their own “garage” adjacent to their unit. The tower will have three elevators to take cars to their units and is expected to cost about $560 million to build.

The groundbreaking commenced on April 19, 2014 at the Sales Center of the Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The building is projected to be completed by 2016.

2. Estates at Aqualina, Sunny Isles Beach

Overview/Summary:

The Estates at Acqualina are twin skyscrapers located directly on the ocean in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Upon completion, expected in 2019, the towers will be amongst the tallest buildings in Sunny Isles Beach, reaching heights of 50 stories. The Estates at Acqualina are being developed by the Trump Group, led by real estate tycoons Eddie and Jules Trump. No relation to the other real estate tycoon Donald Trump.

The Estates at Acqualina will serve as luxury condominiums and is expected to include 264 luxury residences between the two towers. The Estates at Acqualina will include multiple luxurious amenities, including an ice-skating rink, a Wall Street Trader’s Clubroom, meditation areas, and a Formula One racing simulator, among other high-end luxury amenities.

German fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld would design the two residential lobby spaces of The Estates at Acqualina. The project is slated to be Lagerfeld’s first interior design project in the United States.

Residences at The Estates at Acqualina are priced from $3.9 – 9 million to $40 million for penthouses.

The building is expected to be completed in 2018.

3. Muse Residences, Sunny Isles Beach

Overview/Summary:

Muse is a luxury residential condo development in Sunny Isles, Florida. This building will stand 649 feet tall. Will comprise of 47 floors with 68 units. This building will have some of the latest advances in smart home technology that will wow consumers that love having a high tech home.

The building is being developed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development. Each unit will include a sculpture by Heidon Xhixha. The tall and narrow building was designed by Carlos Ott.

The building is expected to be completed in 2017.

4. Turnberry Ocean Club Residences, Sunny Isles Beach

Overview/Summary:

The Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is a residential tower planned for Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The building is set to break ground in fall of 2016. It will be 649 feet tall with 54 stories and will have 154 three to six bedroom residences.

The project is designed by architects Carlos Zapata and Robert Swedroe, and developed by Turnberry Associates. Carlos Zapata is a Venezuelan-born architect, known for his work on Soldier Field in Chicago. Robert Swedroe worked for 12 years as a senior design architect for Morris Lapidus, the architect behind Miami’s Fontainebleau Hotel.

The building is expected to be completed in 2018.

5. Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach

Overview/Summary:

The Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach in Miami is a new condo development by Chateau Group and Fortune International Group. This building will stand 649 feet tall with a total of 52 floors.

It is currently under construction. Units start from $2,500,000. The development has a total of 212 units. Arquitectonica are the main Architects for this building. Interior design by Michele Bonan.

The building is expected to be completed in 2018.

6. Armani Residences, Sunny Isles Beach

Overview/Summary

Armani Residences is a residential tower planned for Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. It will be 640 feet tall with 60 stories and will have 260 two, three and four bedroom residences from 1,671 – 3,658 sq.ft / 155 – 340 M2

The project is being developed by Cesar Pelli. Architects for the building include the Related Group and Dezer Development. Interior design by Giorgio Armani of course!

The building is expected to be completed in 2017.

7. Jade Signature, Sunny Isles Beach

Overview/Summary:

The Jade Signature building was designed by architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron, in Sunny Isles Beach. The interiors are designed by PYR and the landscaping was designed by Raymond Jungles. Jungles created three separate garden areas for the building, using a different blend of vegetation for each, including a beachfront dune garden.

Overall, Jade signature is a high-rise residential building in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, and is the fourth Jade building developed by Fortune International Group. The building has 192 condominium units. Each unit has a 25 foot deep terrace and ocean front view.

The building stands at 57 stories tall. Units range from one bedroom with two bathroom units, to five bedroom units. The 56th and 57th floors are entirely dedicated to penthouse suites, which are 10,500 square feet and have terraces that include a private pool. There are also six “sky villas” with double height living areas.

The building is expected to be completed in 2017.
